Brown colored, clear, bit ruby hue, small beige creamy head. Aroma is malty, caramel, candy fruity, quite sweet, some herbal notes. Taste is very sweet malt, caramel and candy, brown sugar, candy fruity notes, dried fruit, very light chocolate, medium herbal bitterness, some herbal notes, alcohol and warmth, boozy. Full bodied, soft carbonation, sticky. Way too sweet and too boozy. (bottle)

zapach słodki, słody, ekstrakt słodowy, miód, kwiaty, lekko mdły, karmel, odrobina suchej psiej karmy, alkohol w tle. może trochę ziół? kolor rubinowy, klarowny, piana jasnobeżowa, dość mało obfita i średnio trwała. w smaku bardzo słodkie, owocowe, miodowe, czerwone i jasne owoce, kwiaty, dużo słodów, wyraźny, dość gorzki choć zdominowany przez resztę słodowości karmel, nuty kawy zbożowej, przypalonego miodu, gotowanych warzyw, syropu ziołowego i znowu sucha karma dla psów. wyraźnie grzeje w przełyk. goryczka niewielka, ziołowa, alkoholowa i karmelowa. nasycenie niskie.

Pours dark brown, almost black. Topped with big and slowly settling beige head. Dry fruits aroma, sahrp with some caramel. Super sugary sweet. Some chocolate but way too much sweetness making it undrinkable. Alcohol is hidden, but still...

0.5l bottle from pivoteka u modreho lva, budweis. pours a dark chestnut with a medium beige head. aroma of chocolate, roast, caramel malts. taste is even sweeter than aroma, with caramel syrup, a hint of coffee, and some leaves. alcohol is well hidden. is this a porter, as the label suggests, or a doppelbock?

Butelka. Ciemnobrązowe, prawie czarne, z delikatnymi przebłyskami. Klarowne, a mimo to gęste, prawie oleiste. Piana drobno i średniopęcherzykowa, bardzo trwała. Ładny lacing. W aromacie karmel, ale mało intensywny. Bardzo słodkie. W smaku czuć karmel, karmel i jeszcze więcej karmelu. W tle delikatnie przebijają się suszone owoce, ale tak na prawdę trzeba się ich doszukiwać. W temp. 14st dobrze ukryty alkohol. Po ogrzaniu alkohol wyczuwalny w sposób raczej mało przyjemny, ale pojawia się też delikatna nuta kawy. Goryczki brak. Ogólnie nie jest fatalnie, ale to piwo dla wytrwałych - trudno wypić całą butelkę takiej ilości słodyczy.

Cola colored pour with a standard coke style fizzy head. Very sweet caramel malt and boozy aroma. Medium thin body. Flavor is ultra-sweet malt with minimal hop notes. Slick booze under the hefty sweet profile. Sweet finish with a very faint bitterness. Very sweet.

Bottle, 500 ml, courtesy of JFK10000. Shared with him and Miro. Pours dark brown with beige head. Bit of alcohol in aroma. Roasted, caramel malts, some dried fruit, but lots of brown sugar. Extremely sweet. Too much sugar for me.

Tasting at Ljubljana Beer and Whiskey Festival 2015. Shared with Dinko, Mišo and Shotgun Fred. Brown with orange tint, small head. Malts, toffee and raisins in the aroma, alcohol present there. Very sweet and sugary. Mouth-clenching from sweetness, but quite drinkable for a Doppelbock. Good, but to sweet.
