Bottle shared with Mrs Scopey. It pours bright yellow gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, bready, zingy, lemon parfait, custard creams, banana, sponge cake, doughy bread, hay, cereal, must and gooseberry fool. The taste is crisp, dry, soft green banana, foamy candy, straw, hay, crackery, sponge cake, custard creams, citrus peel, lemon parfait, cereal and a touch of spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, lively carbonation.

6,9%, says the wrapped paper that serves as a label. 75 cl bottle. Blonde with a big foamy head. Hoppy, peppery aroma with a touch of vanilla. Hopbitter, grassy, oily flavor. A bit thin, but otherwise superbly balanced. A very pleasant surprise!

Shared at Berry White tasting. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Spicy yeast, creamy wheat, soft malts, mineral, dry herbs, cloves, light alcohol. Solid medium sweet, medium bitter. Over medium bodied, strong carbonation.

Berry white tasting (sneak THT July). Hazy golden with white head. Lemony and white peppery. Moderate sweet and bitter, light sour, green leafy bitter and dry, flinty and metallic finish. Tap at Kwakinn, Riga. Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma and flavor are fruity, spicy, sweet, dry, apricots, peaches. Overall: classic Belgian style saison.
