Bottle thx to benzai. Clear copper brown colour with no head at all. Smells caramel, malts, barnyard, herbs and spices. Tastes like water with some carbo. Little to no taste actually. Decent carbo, thin body.

Squat little 33cl swing top bottle pours a nice clear copper with thin-ish off white head. The aroma has a light mix of fruity esters and sweet malts that create a brief fruit hard candy smell before it becomes more malty with a touch of roasted malts and biscuit malts and a dash of caramel like malts. The taste is similar with light amount of fruity esters mixing with a bit of sweet malts and roasted malts. It then quickly picks up some sweet caramel malts, spicy hops, earthy hops and a sort of biscuit malt sensation.

Had this sat at the camper, Landsmeer, Nr Amsterdam, Netherlands, 22-06-10 Pours amber almost that classic English bitter amber colour there is an off white head. There is a softness in the mouth, and back to the UK bitter’s its actually not unlike a UK bitter in tastes also, some minerally flavours in mouth a bit of caramel, its simple but fine. clear brown, smooth light brown head. head goes away quickly. mild aroma of caramel, nuts, faint malts, very faint flowery or citrussy sourness, could easily be from hops. flavor is mild malty, nutty, faint caramelly, good balance, ends with a pleasing nutty dark caramelly bitterness that morphs into a bitterhoppy finish. very good.

Bottle bought and drank in Beckum. Light amber brown color. Earthy, chocolate malts but not too sweet. Has a good dryness coming from hopping and roasted malts. Very nice. A good dunkel that is quite drinkable.

Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer with a dense, finger-thick beige head. Grainy nose with a bready roasted touch, some fine subtle hops, a little sugar and a little hint of fruits. Quite sweet flavor with bready malts, a fruity hint and a decent bitterness. Quite effervescent, medium to full body. A nice landbier. 091007
