Bottle @ Kulminator, 1998 vintage. I paid € 12,- for it, which is quite decent. Brown color, just a bit cloudy. Malty sweet, with just a bit sherry-like flavors. A bit thin, probably due to ageing. Caramel and a bit of dust. Past its peak, but still quite drinkable and in good shape.

Bottle thanks to Karl. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast, floral, citrus. Medium body, yeast, earthy malt, light dryness, very nice.

Dorada clara. Turbia. Muy burbujeante. Espuma extraordinaria, muy blanca y cremosa. Aroma escaso, algo avinagrado. En boca destaca por su gran suavidad con un cuerpo moderado, Sabor natural, cítrico y algo fermentado.

I am very honored having drunken this retired beer at Kulminator pub in Antwerp-Belgium on 11/03/2015, shared with my brother markoijelena. Perpetual thanks to Vincent (BelgBeerGeek) but above all thank you Leen and Dirk. It was the second last bottle left in the cellar, as a sticker said on the neck. Reportedly 1/2 days after the very last bottle was open in Kulminator, no more! Still in great shape (1998) it pours a vivid reddish amber/dark color with a tick and perfectly in shape ivory foam. Incredible. Nose of malts, caramel, dry fruit. Mouth: a bit of flat but not totally, no evident signs of oxidation, again dry fruit, some hint of caramel and that is it. I was so happy that night with Marko and the crew :-)
