Bottle, 6.5%. OK bready aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is fruity with a good shot of paper. A bit of vegetable in the finish. Sound unpleasant, but is actually just a bit boring.

75 cL bottle. Pours almost clear with small yeast sediments and a small white head. Aroma is dry and mild malty with a light phenolic note. Mild sweet and light citrus fruity with a mild bitterness and citric note mixed with a mellow yeast presence. Light grassy and hoppy finish. Nice one.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with huge fluffy white head. Good lacing. Aroma is big time tropical fruits, nectar, some mild acidicness as well as earth. Flavour is quite yeasty, honey, fruits, earth and some grassy bitterness coming in the finish. Kind of Blonde meets Saison. Rich carbonation, but very smooth while drinking.

Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Lightly spicy and mustardy nose. Medium bodied with clean, crisp mouthfeel, citric and marmelady, notes of peaches. Dryish fruity finish. All flavours remain rather discrete though, giving it a laid back attitude.

Bottled 0,75 ltr (BB 09/2008). Hazy orange color, small but steady white head, some lace. Earthy, mouldy, peppery aroma - similar to some Fantomes. Very earthy, peppery and citrusy. Long peppery aftertaste. I am not sure if so dominant earthyness is intended. This is maybe more like a saison than just "a Belgian Ale".
