rassée « à façon » par la brasserie Artisanale Sainte-Hélène, la JeanChris numéro 2 présente une robe noire, une belle mousse crémeuse qui vous accompagnera jusqu'à la fin de votre dégustation.

Au nez, des notes de torréfaction apparaissent immédiatement, en équilibre avec les arômes des houblons utilisés.
La première gorgée laisse apparaître directement le caractère sans compromis de l'amertume. Vient ensuite la torréfaction provenant des malts grillés utilisés, le tout en équilibre avec la chaleur de l'alcool.

cloudy dark brown, smooth yellow head. sweet faint roasted grainy aroma. flaovr is bitter hopy, lots of flavor... spicy, very nice.

Bottled. An unclear dark amber with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, alcohol, and a bit of fruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel, malt, alcohol, and wood, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75 cL bottle, purchased at Delerium, Brussels. Pours hazy and dark brown head with a huge white head. Dark malty, light spiced hoppy and roasted. Roasted malty and light liqourice note. Lingering dark malty into the finish. Smooth malty and yeasty into the far finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a slightly hazy reddish brown with a dense beige head leaving laces. Sweet, fruity nose with some roasted malts and nuts. Solid body, vitamin c, fruit and hard roasted malts, a little yeast a little nuts and quite some alcohol in the finish. 161209
