Bottle at Augustiner klosterwirt. Got it served so badly that it was almost kristall, saved some yeast on top. Orange color, thin light haze (after shaking it for a while), big amount of weizen malts, very malty and flourish with grassy notes and lemon. Medium to full body, strong carbonation, extra dry and alcoholic finish. Too dry. I missed the yeast cloud i enjoyed the fist time i had this many many years ago.

Pours hazy golden color with big and frothy white head. Wonderful smell of wheat and fruit. Light to medium body, subtly carbonated. Somewhat watery texture. Taste is mostly sweet with subtle sourness to it. Very nice aroma of wheat, fruits, banana, clove, grass and herbs. Very pleasant aftertaste. Overall, nice one. Nothing exceptional, but still very tasty and refreshing.

Yellow slight orange with long lasting white head. Aroma is yeast forward stuff. A little grassy hops. Taste is yeasty sour and hoppy bitter. Balanced and quite nice. Maybe a little too sour For me personally. Many llittle bubbles and good finish. Overall good but a little too much yeast.

Orange color with white head. A bit spicy and fresh aroma. Taste is wheat, some oranges maybe, no real banana. Soft-silky mouthfeel, heavy feeling in the finish. Lacks some dept and complexity. A bit disappointing. Nothing wrong with it, just boring.
