Bottled@PBF VIII. Aroma is orangeish colour with small white head. Aroma is zest, fruity, parfume and some slight body to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, Strangely well bodied for a 4.5% beer.

Aroma has yeasty notes, some fruits and apricot. Flavour has some gooseberry bush and yeasty notes. Finishes with apricot and more yeasty notes. Harsh bitterness from the hops but not bad still.

Bottled at PBF. Hazy pale amber, small head. Spruce needle aroma. Dryish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Crystal malt, spruce and tangerine. Growing resiny bitterness. The malt profile might be simple, but there is breadth in other parts od this beer.

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of citrusy hops, hints of grass, malts and caramel. Taste is hoppy, fruity and citrusy with grassy notes. Finish is dry, bitter and malty with hints of grainy notes and citrus. Decent citrusy golden ale.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Hazy golden with a white head. Smell is thick yeast, sweet, flowers, spices and light hops. Taste is pale malts, sweet yeast, light USA hops, touch white bread and light herbs. Lightly hazy body. Enjoyable fare from this ok so tiny brewery.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Dorée brumeuse, col fin blanc. Arôme malté, fruité/fleuri avec un bouquet subtile épicé des houblons. Palais présente un profile houblonné certain de part les houblons utilisés dans un style zélandais qui reste léger, note citra et pamplemousse, sec et grains sur une touche épicée. Levure ayant plus un profile belge surtout en fin de bouche.
