*rating overgezet 2021 Het is een troebel robijnrood bier met een rozig schuim. Het heeft een aroma van kersen en wat snoep achtig. De smaak is fruitig en zoet kersen achtig.

Appearance: Cloudy deep red with a tall pinkish frothy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Fresh cherry, sugar, light barnyard and leather, distant lemon. Taste: Light plus sweet. Moderately sugared cherries, some funk traces, distant lemon. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Quite commercial. Still, honest, easy drinking, and of some kind of balance.

Tap. Red, hazy, slightly pink foam. Aroma: cherry jam and cherry from compote, sweet lollipops with cherry flavor. Sweet taste with light sourness, cherry, jam, so-so.

Cherry sweeties aroma and flavor. An odd bitterness on the background, that has nothing to do with the cherry pits bitterness you’ll find in the "oude krieks". More like saccharine or aspartaam. Cherry lemonade with an odd kind of bitterness and some foam.

F: thin, pale pink, not long lasting. C: dark red, red against the light, almost clear. A: cherries, elderberries, light herbal, candy. T: compared to MS Kriek Lambic (23% cherries) this MS Xtreme Kriek is only 10% cherries + elderberries so yes this is more xtreme version in terms of worse, cherries, elderberries, candy, syrupy, herbal, artificial, very sweet + hint of sour fruity, not even refreshing, light to medium body, normal carbonation, not good, 25cl bottle from Prik&Tik/Quali-drinks/ in Brussels.
