Invernale, potente, complessa. Servire a 8 - 10 ºC.

Pours intense red to dark red. Very hazy, almost murky. Just a hint of head, even with quite hard pour, and it disappears almost istantly. Average intensity in the aroma: caramel malts base, hints of almond and honey, red/dried fruits, a quite clear blueberries note. Rather nice, but not too polished/defined. Taste is not very clean/defined as well: sweet caramel base, hints of honey, red/dried fruits, blueberries now not discernible, some earthiness in both mouth and finish. Slight warming feel. Sweet edge in the mouth, balanced finish. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Surprisingly light bodied for the abv, resulting in a semi-smooth, semi-oily mouthfeel. Not that polished, but still enjoyable.

3rd LCRBM. Aroma has apple juice. Malty flavor, again with the omnipresent applejuice. The alcohol is hidden by the apple sweetness. Not too wel balanced and disappointing.

big thick malty nose. Fairly sweet, but a bit simple without much depth. Ok lingering red wine character in the finish.

Bottled (backlog). Murky brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is berries, alcohol, sweet malts, some fruity and nutty notes as well. Flavour is sweet alcohol along with some berries, toffee, mild yeast and some fruity notes as well. Quite boozy, but otherwise the elements are quite right.
