Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some nice lacing. Aroma of spicy rye notes with lightly sweet notes and light dry bitter finish. Taste is also a good mix between lightly spicy rye notes with some dry bitter hops and a smooth caramel finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good but considering the brewer I was expecting more. I will need to try this one again.

A hazed dark amber ale with a thick lacing frothy off white head. In aroma, a nice grasy malt with cut grass quality, herbal hops, rye grain. In mouth, a smooth sweet grainy malt, with light phenolics, roasted grains, burned caramel, and nice alcohol warmth. On tap at Mondial 2012.
