Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Draft at OLAR. Takes a bit of a strong sour red character, has moderate acetic sourness, cherry liqueur like with the hefty alcohol content. I may be imagining a little tart apple on the nose and end of flavor. Tart finish and a bit of warming alcohol. Remind me of BFM sours.
