Very slight haze in bright orangey-golden beer, under fluffy, just off-white head, fast disappearing. Dry, lightly spiced nose, artichoke, dry spices amongst which I suspect coriander; brown sugar. Quite spicy taste, neutral to light sweetness; watery, flat finish. Sweetness mounts in the aftertaste, not really pleasant, sticky. Medium bodied at best, feels more carbonated than the visual suggests. Yes, it does taste very alternative, bio, healthy,... and accordingly boring.
