There isn’t really a style that fits this beer, I think that is why it is one of our favorites. 5 types of malt coupled with hemp seeds, bacon, maple syrup, vanilla, and Millenium hops from Mabton, WA. Fermented with our house belgian yeast. This is a tough beer to describe and one you really just have to try.

Schooner at local bar. Dark amber/copper color. A sweet sticky and toffee beer. Not sickly sweet but strong. Reduced carbonation did not help. Not sign of spices as I drank. As intended, just a bunch of stuff thrown together.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a reddish dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out loads of maple syrup, a touch of smokiness, and caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, showcasing lots of maple syrup upfront, followed by fairly light smokiness, and caramel. A little cloying but pretty decent.

Draft pour. Black with cream head. Very different brew with a nutty, maple flavor. Bread and wood finish. Very tasty. Love it.
