Boreft Beer Festival 2012. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Hoppy aroma, with lots of peach and other fruit, and a touch of grass. Sweet fruity hop flavour with medium bitterness

Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of fruity hops, berries, citrus and lemon. Taste is quite malty and hoppy with some sticky fruitness, grass, pine, citrus and lemon. Finish is malty and massively hoppy with some leathery notes, fruitness and grass. Nice, quite hoppy IIPA but not quite as good as I hoped

From tap at Borefts. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and crisp hoppy, åeachy, grapefruity and citrusy. Bitter, grassy and peachy to grapefruity. Dry and bitter into the finish.

On tap at Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours light, hazy gold with a fine, creamy head. Lovely nose of fresh grapefruit and orange. Medium to big sweet flavor, rather doughy, with some white sugar, sweat. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly piney, with further white sugar sweetness, ripe citrus. Decent.

Draught at Akkurat. Hazy amber with thick head. Slightly smokey aroma, also pepper and grapefruit. Oily texture, lots of nice hops, hints of soap and bread. Interesting.

Draft @ Borefts 2012. Was quite looking forward to this one but oh boy this one did’t disappoint. Nose is strongly hoppy, clean, fresh, it has that onion hop thing going on, very fruity, citrus, grapefruit, fresh pineapple. Full onion, citrus, fruity, pine, grapefruit, white berries, white grape, melon combined with a nice underlying fruity sweetness, sweet malty, reasonably bitter, nice finish. Tad yeasty body, quite drinkable - niiice one - this is a Pils???? Wowza stuff.

On tap at 4th Borefts. Cloudy golden colour with huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, off-white head. Fruity aroma has notes of grapefruit and pineapple. Taste is similar, mild bitterness, well balanced.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Amber with a small white head. This was a tasty one. Refreshing and smooth with a lot of fruit and hops. Nice, long finish. A great hoppy beer from Germany.

On tap at BBF’12. Clear golden orange, white head. Aroma of loads of grassy hops and sweet juicy malts, very fruity as well. Flavour is medium sweet, thick and soft sweet malty, fruity, lots of citrus and grass in the rather bitter finish. Fullbodied, smooth. Great stuff.
