Bottle pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a reddish color with a very slightly off-white head. Aroma was cherry skin, raspberry juice. Big tartness, funky yeast. Delicate, but not overly delicate. Tart, but not overly sour. Really nice.

Corked bottle at Oakes' Manor
Cloudy red colour. It starts with nice cherry pit aroma, then it gets a bit farty. Highly carbonated, dry; the flavour is less interesting than the aroma, clearly cherry, but without the sugar that could boost the flavour; it ends a bit weak and astringent.
Good.

Dry cherries, some sulfur on nose, reminds me a bit of hommage but missing some lambic oomph
