A refreshing light pale ale with low bitterness. Using a malt base of Wheat and Vienna Malt it’s then 100% whirlpool hopped with Lemondrop and Cascade before being dry-hopped again using the same varieties.

Can at home, from drinkstore.ie, 23/12/18. Hazed golden orange with a big old light beige head that retains well. Nose is bitter orange, ripe melon, faint dank vibes, grass, light hop spice. Taste comprises orange pith, light pine, cantaloupe melon, papapaya, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light dryness in the close splashed with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough APA.

Can at home. Wow, really impressed with this one. Pours a hazy orange, thick pillowy off white head. Nose is lively apricot, grapefruit, lemon zest. Flavour is the same, lovely amount of bitterness and carbonation, mouthfeel is a little thin. Impressive Pale Ale.
