Bottle, medium bubbly head, very cloudy apricot orange color, aroma of yeast, roots and some light nuttiness, quite smooth, fruity, candy, touches of honey and yeast, light but pleasant alcoholic bitterness. Very nice.

33 cl bottle i kept in the fridge several months. Pours golden with lots of particles in suspension and an expanding white head. Flavor is complex, burning with spices and liquor at first, then intense spice notes cames up, mostly almonds and dried fruits, candy sugar, orange peel, coriander, pepper, juniper, geranium, fruity tones and solid malts. Fresh herbal hops and belgian yeast. Taste sugary but fairly balanced. Body is relatively thick, taste is spicy, finish is intense, long, spiced and floral. Fantastic tripel, very surprised by this.

16 September 2020. At Draft & Dreams, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden, stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of ripe apricot, banana, yellow apple, canned peach, honey, fruit jenever. Taste has sweet honey & bready malts mixing with banana & apple, a bit pear-like phenolic with spicy-yeasty accents. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, more spices & ripe fruit, good amount of warming jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Good Belgian-style Tripel, sweet & spicy as expected but nowhere exaggerated.

Nice winter tripel. Good character. Unusual bready for a tripel. Hazy dark golden in the glass with a fine head. Ok lacing Mellow fine intensity in the aroma Also an ok carbonation level for a tripel. Det tend to be a bit to high Bready, yeast, fruity, malty and some spices in the flavor [Bottle from Systembolaget in Sweden]

Dark golden/light orange, moderately hazy. Not too much of a head, expecially for the style, still holds well enough though, with nice lacing. Aroma is mainly sweetly fruity (peach most prominent), with honey notes and a grassy/herbal, slightly prickly touch to bring balance. Overall not too intense. Taste has a light white bread foundation, honey, sweet fruity notes as per aroma. A hint of refreshing grassiness is kinda on the back of things, but always present. Finish is sweet but nicely clean. Overall it's definitely sweet but still feels balanced enough. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation, possibly a tad lower than usual per style, resulting in a quite smooth mouthfeel for the style. A nice, easy going tripel.
