Minimart in East Molesey had a minimum card charge so picked this up. Aroma is malty with a tinny citrus streak. Clear light gold. Translucent white head forms a ring. Tinny citrus tang followed by a sweet wave of malts. Light. Thin to slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long somewhat dry finish. Not for me. A combination of metallic and overly sweet.

Working my way through the lower end of the beers accumulated in a jaunt through Great Britain. A 500 ml can, I’ll dispense with the niceties of a glass. I get your essential beer taste with a surprising lime presence. Slightly bitter, a hint of sweetness, crackers, some earth. Not awful. Beer bier cerveza the can reminds me.
