Our Belgian-style Wit – a style thankfully saved from extinction by Pierre Celis in the 1960s – is brewed with the classic aromatic additions to make it a refreshing yet flavoursome beer. The orange zest, crushed coriander seed and gentle spicing used in the brew lend themselves to drinking alongside fish dishes. Our favourite combination of summery flavours is Wallbanger paired with fish tacos.

Tried in a bottle at home fromEebria. Cloudy yellow colour with a white head. Aroma orange citrus and light herb. Taste light sweet. Slight juicy body.

Thin white head soon left a skim on a translucent, very light lemon coloured body. Lemon, citrus, outdoor fresh aroma. Medium bodied, Sharply carbonated. Clean on the back. Light citrus & lemon tastes with banana & lightly medicinal finish.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Giallo acida, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di bergamotto, limone, zenzero, spezie, leggero floreale. In bocca è molto fresca e dissetante, speziata, piacevolmente acidula. Corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera. Non male.

33cl bottle. Trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, Orangen, zitronig, Gewürze. Geschmack nach limetten, Orangen, Hefe, Gewürze.
