Tap. Dark brown, pale beige head. Aroma; caramel, strong bread & some roast, stewed fruit & spices. Sweet w caramel stewed fruit & mocha. Spicy bitterness creeps up. A tad sweet for me.

On tap at Prime, lounge bar at the Imperial Hotel, Prague. They only serve one size, I was like I'll have a medium and the barman was like We only have one size so I said Then I'll have that size. For whatever reason, the patron next to me laughed whole-heartedly. Anyway, back to the beer. A shiny jet black pour with a finely lacing, medium-lasting, grayish head. Aroma is blackberry, cola jelly, licorice, brown sugar. Slightly sweet onset. Stout, full-bodied, yet far from bitter. Nutritious and easy to drink, but nothing to set the world on fire.

On tap. Pours a lovely black with a small cream head. Aroma is dark malts, lots of chocolate and cacao, caramel. Medium body. Flavour is malty, lots of intense dark malts, medium to high sweetness. Medium bitterness. Roasted barley and lots of cacao and chocolate, especially in the finish where I also tasted a bit of coffee. Very nice dark bock, drinkable and pleasant throughout, a sweeter and boozier version of a tmavy.

0,5 l on tap. Pours dark brown with big, dense brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, caramel, toffee, a bit of cocoa. Taste is caramel sweet and medium bitter. Finish is long, bittersweet and roasty.

Bottle. Very dark, almost black, slightly ruby, brownish foam. Aroma: hoppy, pils and caramel malt, dried fruits, bread. Taste: velvety-malty, caramel-sweet, slightly wine, roasteв malt, mild bitterness, good.

# 621; 1/2017. Ve vůni příjemně kávový s lehkýma ovocnýma tónama. V chuti nepříliš plné, nakyslé, jemné pražené tóny a lehká bylinnost.
