ich bin nicht sicher, ob es nicht sogar im Hofbräuhaus war... Allein der Name is lustig. Man bekommt ein sehr dunkles Weizenbier. Es ist etwas süßer und malziger als ein klassisches Weizenbier. Ein hübsches und interessantes Bier. Möglicherweise nicht die große Aromenüberraschung, aber ein durchaus solides, aber auch industrielles, Dunkelweizen.

Aroma moden banan, hvetemalt, lakris, karamell. Utseende uklar brun med lys beige skum. Smak moden banan, lakris, karamell, krydder, En Fyldig og smaksrik øl med god og lang ettersmak.

Draught at Bierhaus NYC. Hazy reddish brown with large spongy beige head, faint doughy aroma, high carbonation, mellow, caramel like taste with a hint of citrus, abrupt finish. Quite smooth and easy to drink.

Flaska i mixpack från SB. Smutsbrun lite grumlig vätska med högt krämigt smutsvitt skum. Doft av bakjäst, skumbanan, lite nejlika och mörkt bröd. Relativt frisk, vetesyrlig, medeltorr och lite krämig munkänsla. Fin välbalanserad smakbild, lite banan, jäst, brun färsk limpa, lätt beska som knyter ihop smakerna bra. Trevlig.

500ml bottle from a fancy supermarket in Moscow. Pours a cloudy cola colour with an impressive tan head that has good retention. Aroma is banana and caramel malts. Flavour follows the taste. It isn't exactly amazing, but it is a nice beer.

Bottle @ Hofbrau an der Alster, Hamburg. Pours hazy brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of wheat, caramel, yeats, sweets, sweet fruit. Flavor is rather sweet, malt, wheat, yeast, banana, honey, sweets. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 311014

Pours hazy deep brown, big beige compact foam that dissipates slowly, leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is roasted malt, lightly sweet tones, bread, cloves. Taste is roasted malt, slight hoppy. Dried fruit, clove, soap. Finishes quite fast, dry, slight sweet. Body is light, medium carbo, slight sticky texture. Good, a bit thin.
