Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso il frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano note di caramello, miele, frumento, cereali, erbaceo e spezie.

(Bottle) Cloudy golden amber with good white head. Banana and clove aroma. Medium body with plenty of good soft carbonation. Good taste. Tart, bananas, pepper. Very enjoyable.

hazy yellow colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma and taste of a typical weizen (wheat, bread, some banana and citruses) with a definite lactic-acetic acidy note as if it was infected...I don't know...I'm not convinced at all...I think I need to re-taste it again to see if it is really the beer or I've just picked up an infected bottle (which would also be a shame, but still better situation) - re-tasted in Jan 2026 - and I'm still not convinced.

In der Nase Nelke, setzt sich direkt im Trunk fort, dann brotig, hinten etwas wässrig. Insgesamt aber gut trinkbar.

50cl bottle from Erzengel, many thanks! Pours murky golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of banana and yeast. Taste of yeast, bananas, phenols, some clove.
