Bottle. Cloudy pale orange/yellow with a huge white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma of mostly banana and a little bit of clove. Taste follows aroma. Fruity and yeasty. Medium to strong carbonation. Watery to creamy mouthfeel. Ok Hefeweizen.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is banana, cream, estery, cloves, very balanced. Taste is banana, cream, rather refreshing, mineralic. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Excellent Weizen!

Bottle @ home. Hazy a bit pale yellow color, huge quite dense, creamy, long lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Smell and taste wheat, only slightly yeasty, no artificial banana in this -at least not a lot- which instantly makes it quite nice. Very well balanced with a slight touch of citrus in the distance, slightly sweet in the background and a slight bitterness in there as well. Nice! Very good Hefeweizen imo. I like it!

Bottle from Biershop Bayern. Hazy yellow colour, lots of creamy foam. Lots of banana in the nose. Yeasty, sweet, light bitter. Well balanced. Nice hefeweizen.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy bright orange yellow colour, medium head. Citrus, clove, yeast, dough, a bit banana. Yeasty and slightly bitter. Watery to milly texture. Medium body. Soft carbonated. Okay Weißbier.

Hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is lots of estery stuff, some yeasts, slight fruit, flour and maybe some grassy notes. Taste is sour yeasty stuff, slight fruit sweetness, not much bitterness. Incredibly smooth on the tongue, some floury yeasty texture, with just the right amount of carbonation. Lacks a unique character, still very nice.

19-12-16 // 500ml bottle at home. Pours a nice cloudy dark orange beer with a solid foamy head. Nose of banana and yeast. Taste is banana, light fruity, good yeast some clove. Well balanced. Smooth and light creamy Hefeweizen. Good.

500ml bottle from Hopfen & Malz, Aachen. Pours typical hazy gold with a confident white head. Soft hefe aromatics. Taste is lightly smooth hefe yeast with soft citrus and a brisk bitterness. Quite light compared to other hefeweizens but it’s nice enough.
