0.5 l bottle. Pours deep brown with huge, persisting off-white head. Nose is just like that of a hefeweizen, not bad, but nothing extraordinary either. Its taste is a bit more complex tho, the cumpolsory fruity-yeasty grains are followed with slight roasted notes. Closes with this roasted notes that is backboned with some grains and fruits, too. Light bodied with average carbo. Not bad altogether, but a bit mediocre.

0.50l can, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, cereals, flowers and dark fruits. Pours clear dark brown color with large creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet and sour grainy and yeasty, following is caramelly, fruity and honeyish, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Lovely…

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierselect.de', best before June 2025. Very hazy, dark brown with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite yeasty-spicy aroma of overripe banana, caramel, toasted nuts, clove and some cocoa. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and a little roasty taste of overripe banana, clove, cocoa, caramel and toasted nuts, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly chalky finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid for the style.

500 ml can in the Kaldea set. Nose is chocolate, caramel, light cloves, wheat. Dark brown, cloudy, with a tall, fine tan head. Estery flavor, clove, cinnamon, light banana, chocolate, caramel. Big chocolate malt in here. Slightly sweet, rich and malty. Weizen character is there for sure but subdued. Decent.

Can. Muddy with a good cm of beige head. Aroma of banana bread, caramel, cloves. Has that soft bready texture with twangy wheat and quite a spicy finish with the cloves a bit overbearing.

Due to the fact that I was unable to use Ratebeer for several months and because of technical reasons, no detailed evaluation is possible.

50cl can from the Costco advent calendar pours a dark cola brown with some sticky beige head. Nose has more malt than fruit, which was refreshing, pumpernickel, treacle, raisin, clove. Flavor follows. Medium bodied and sweet. Not terrible.

Roast and a little lime. Murky brown pour with decent mocha head. Light bread yeast, dough. Light tang in the finish.
