Im Glas golden bis hellorange und leicht trüb mit gelb-grünen Reflexen. Der Schaum ist dabei weiß, feinporig und unterdurchschnittlich gut haltbar. In die Nase dringt ein hefig-fruchtiger Ton, welcher jedoch von einer leicht phenolischen Note begleitet wird. Der Antrunk wirkt frisch, fruchtig, bringt einen zarten Hefecharakter sowie eine zarte Säure mit. Im Mittelteil zeigt sich eine leichte, hefig-fruchtige Basis mit zarter Säure. Bemerkenswert dabei ist, dass sich kaum Bananennoten wahrnehmen lassen und es durchaus erfrischend wirkt. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind dabei okay. Der Nachtrunk gestaltet sich leicht süßlich, hefig-fruchtig sowie leicht trocken bis würzig herb mit einer ganz zarten Nelkennote. Fazit: Grundsätzlich solide - aber die phenolischen Duftnoten ruinieren leider sehr viel.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of banana and clove, a minimally bready touch. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, minimally fruity and leafy hoppy, hints of banana, some clove, a diluted touch of unripe gooseberry, minimally mineral overtones. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well known, standard Weissbier flavours, light, refreshing - OK.

330 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a small head. Smoky notes, lemon, sourdough, unripe banana, estery, clovy notes, rye. Mild sourness, umami. Light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sourish finish. Not great.

0,33 bottle.Well-designed appearance. The color is also nice, it has the color of wheat beer :) The foam is also long, thick and white. In the background, banana, yeasty, bready aroma, with a little citrus. Not bad so far. Yeasty first sip, banana, bready with a tart aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Not bad, but I wouldn't give it a medal - sorry. Delicious, fresh, simple little wheat beer.

Jól tervezett megjelenés. A színe is szép, búzasör színe van :) Hab is tart, sűrű és fehér. Háttérben banános, élesztős, kenyeres illat, kis citrusossággal. Nem rossz eddig. Élesztős első korty, banános, kenyeres mellette fanyar ízhatás. Közepes szénsav. Nem rossz, de azért érmet nem adnék neki - már elnézést. Finom, friss egyszerű kis búzasör.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet banana, phenols and yeast. Taste of sweet banana, herbal wheat malt, phenols, yeast, sweet finish.

Endlich mal ein wirklich gutes Bier aus dem Kreis Košice...und dann sogar ein Weizenbier, das mir besser gefällt als manches bayrische Produkt. Die Silbermedaille am Dublin Craft beer cup, die am Etikett angepriesen wird, ist also nicht ganz aus der Luft gegriffen. Optisch mag es etwas dünn aussehen, aber die fein fruchtigen Aromen sprechen eine andere intensiv ausgewogene Sprache. Ein tolles Weizenbier.
