Cloudy light amber color; thick head. The aroma is classic for a Tripel, malty and spicy (coriander); and milk chocolate. Same for the taste: good malt and very strong spicy character (coriander), dry. With a strong bitterness in the late taste and final. Solid.

GBBF 2005. Cloudy banana flesh colour. Medicinal hop aroma with bugglegumy banana. Good weiss one of my favourites from this festival. Re-rate. Sorry why did I say that this was a weiss? This is an excellent tripel. I’ve enjoyed the 3 de graal beers. they have that something special. This has some tangy tangerine/orange zest with yeast and hops on nose. Syrupy orange zest in mouth before attack of hops. Good beer

Cloudy orange golden color, short but lasting head. Aroma of sweet spices, some fruits like orange, wheat and grain. Taste is full bodied, spicy, some cookie, wheat, peppery. Nice beer.

Bottle. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Golden colour, small white head. Anis flavour, hint of yeast. Creamy, swelling mouthfeel. Highly carbonated.

Gold-greenish amber; small but good head, just off-white. English hops -and the best of them: spicey, and a little citrus aroma-hops. Good! sweetish with a low bitterness but a lot of hop FLAVOUR, even a bit cheesy. Very carbonated, nearly fizzy, slight alcohol burning. This is a great new tripel, tasted in good company - Mark Romero, David Anderson and Mat Wilson - everybody happy with this beer!

Bottled. Cloudy orange., very lively. A bold, sweet tripel with big straight forward maltiness. Salty and flavourful, rich but not complex.
