Feine Perligkeit, stabiler Schaum, leicht trüb. In der Nase Malz, leicht Banane. Im Trunk malzig, sehr süß, im Nachgang bananig, leichte Bitternoten. Sehr hohe Drinkability, erfrischend, kann ich mir gut im sonnigen Biergarten vorstellen. Lecker!

0,5l bottle at home shared by a friend. BB 05/2016. orange cloudy color, rather big white head. smells of spices, herbs, light banana, very light peach, bit peppery. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes a bit watery, caramel, light spices, bit stale, light grassy, has a bit of a weird note. finishes rather light / a bit watery with notes of notes of grass and spices. okish, quite watery for a weizen, maybe freshness related?

Bottle. Hazy golden color, fluffy white head. Aroma has banana, lemon, light spice. Taste is fruity peppery banana. Decent.

Huge, whipped eggwhite-like head, stable, over very carbonated orange beer, veiled. Some clove; fruity esters (a.o. banana, Jamaica pepper), bit of frying oil. Lactic, banana, wheat, sourish grain, graindust, and again just a little touch of clove. Light body with lots of wheatslickness; very carbonated, near fizzy. Rather classical. I expect an Ur- to be slightly darker, amberish.

Hazy golden/ pale amber with white head. Very cold. Sweet and light sour grains, light caramel, light banana, bread. Medium sweet, faint tart, light bitter. Medium body, mineral texture, average carbonation.

Bottle. Cloudy orange with an impressive white head. Aroma of citrus fruits and clove with just a trace of bananas. Taste follows aroma. More sweet than bitter plus a little sour note. Strong carbonation. Very refreshing and spritzy. Way better than the regular Erdinger.

Bottle. Nose is yeasty, bread, banana, slightly malty, spice, cloves, hint of pepper. Taste is marzipan, banana, bread, yeast some light spice in the finish. Some vanilla character, and cloves emerge with a hint of orange and lemon. It’s a nice enough example but hard to get excited about it.
