Bottle 0,75ltr: Hazy blond colored brew with an nicely dry bitter taste, with hints of mango, banana and maybe marzipan. Bought it at the source.

On tap at the Brugge Beer Festival 2024, Brugge, Belgium. A slightly hazy golden coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Sweet, fruity, sticky, yeasty Belgian tripel. Quite a decent Belgian but very sweet too.

Bottle. BBD02/21/2025. Pours a cloudy dark yellow color with a big sudsy white head that has decent retention. The aroma is mild with white fruits, herbs and rock candy. The taste is sweet ripe fruits, bubble gum, mild spices and breads. The palate is full and viscous with soft carbonation. Finishes long and semi dry with lingering spices. Overall: Decent quaff. Paired well with a Brugge Comtessa cheese

Poured from 750mL bottle (bb 02/21/2025). Hazy gold with small white head and a hint of sediment. Belgian yeast, esters, decent.

Hazy and cloudy. Thin head. Fairly yeasty aroma, that nice slightly estery Belgian yeast, and a touch of herbaceous hop. Sweet up front, good herbal hop, off-dry, a touch of ester. They've really got the erratic elements of the yeast under control. Well-balanced tripel. Very good example of the style.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice fragrant Belgian yeast character, a touch of bubblegum, and a hint of spicy phenols. Flavour has some nice spicy phenols, dry champagne-like expression of the Belgian yeast, and a tiny bit of bubblegum. Carbonation is above average, which is characteristic for the style. Honestly not better than, say, Tripel Karmeliet or Westmalle Tripel, but very nice nonetheless. Excellent.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white long lasting frothy head. Taste: Complex mix of yeast, medium sweet malts, floral hop. Some dried stone fruit, bit sugary. Hints of herbs in the background. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Nice finish, tending to the hoppy side. No pronounced taste, smooth and easy drinkable beer.

Large foamy white head on highly carbonated pale golden coloured body. Sweet citrus, herbal & lemon aroma. Medium bodied, foamy & dry. Citrussy, herbal, yeast & zesty tastes with bitter finish. Excellent.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - BBE 01/2024, at Stadin Panimobaari, 20220924) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had grass, Belgian style yeast and bitterness. A tasty and balanced brew with good aftertaste.

Fles 75cl. Geel bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is vrij zoet en kruidig met iets van kaneel, wat nootmuskaat en wat citrus. Heel goed.
