Keep the Kölsch train rolling. Golden pour and minimal white head. Body touch lifeless looking. This is from a bottled 6 pack mind you. Nose is fruit and bread. Tastes of yeasty bread, fruit, hint of citrus, honey, sour mash, paper. Thinner

Servida en copa Edimburgh, color dorado claro, limpia, espuma blanca de mediana retención. Ligero y delicado aroma a malta. En boca es ligera, crujiente, refrescante, algo dulce y suavemente amarga, equilibrada, notas de malta, cereal, muy bebible y bastante rica.

On tap at Fr�h am Dom, pours a clear piss yellow with a small white head. Aroma is clean and crisp, with straw and gentle grassiness. Flavour is much the same, with some gentle grassiness, straw and crisp finish. Marginally better than Sion down the street.

0,5 l can. Pours clear yellow with a finger of quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is malty and grainy, hay and a bit fruity notes. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Carbonation is Finish is medium, hay and grainy malt fades to pleasant bitterness. Pleasantly crisp malty taste, pleasant lively carbonation and bitter finish.

Früh Kölsch, Flasche von Grabsch. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase tatsächlich nicht ganz unbeträchtliche, blaß zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk schlank und blaß hellmalzig mit zartem Süßsauer. Milde hopfenwürzige Herbe mit feiner Orangenbittere. Die obergärige Brauart ist wie bei den meisten Kölsch-Bieren kaum zu erahnen - eigentlich sind es Lagerbierimitate. Gut rezent. Im Abgang beinahe kernige krautige Bittere. - Nicht so laff wie viele Kölsch-Biere, sogar spürbar gehopft, insgesamt aber dünn und ein wenig rauh. Passabel, in Ermangelung richtigen Bieres sogar trinkbar. (23.6.2023.)
