Aroma of citrus, lemon, light hops. Flavour is citrus and hops, with dry and light bitter finish. Light bodied and watery. Okay session ale, but not much to it.

Cask at The Colmore, Birmingham. Clear gold with great head and lacing. Notes of citrus, apricot, soft malts, some grassiness. Soft mouthfeel, very fine carbonation. Another well kept beer at this establishment. Very nice easy drinking tasty session ale.

25/7/2024. Cask at the 34th Ipswich Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy/bubbly white head. Aroma is musty, citrus, yeast, damp, wet bird. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Drying finish. For a Thornbridge Beer, this was quite disappointing and maybe not as intended.

Cask at Hogshead, Wolverhampton – but have drunk it on tap before. Pours a pale straw with a small white head and good lacing. Lemon and some generic citrus in the aroma. In the mouth it is crisp with lemon and some hints of grapefruit, but bitter undertones. Eventually a few floral hops struggle to the surface to make the finish slightly bitter. This is OK, but somewhat bland – intentionally so I assume. Definitely swiggable though !
