Moderate sweetness in taste with dry and light sour finish. Floral Aromas, Pleasantly fresh, slightly sweet and spicy with dry and sour in the end.

0,33 l bottle from a Craft shop at the island of Kos. Cloudy dark golden with a more than one finger white foamy head. Dry grainy aroma with citrus. Taste starts with caramel and smooth grainy elements, yeast. Mid bitterness. Low carbonated. Nice refreshing one.

Lys gul klar med hvitt skum. Lukter sitrus, korn og noe smør. Lett. myk lett sitrusbitter. Smaker korn, gjær, smør og noe sitrus. Middels lang.

Bottle from Naxos grocery. Hazy honey dull yellow pour with bubbly puffy head. Aroma is honey and farmy saison with slight grassy bitterness. Taste is a bit medicinal in effect with honey sweetness. Frothy palate isn't bad. All a bit amateurish and musty, lacking clean bite I was hoping for.

Flaske på restaurant i Kamari, Santorini: lett uklar gylden med flott skum som varer til siste dråpe. Mild aroma med citrusfrukter, gjær og lys malt. Bare greske maltsorter er benyttet iflg etiketten. Frisk og god smak med honning, appelsin, fersken og litt gjær. Balansert. God, halvtørr ettersmak.

Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, fruity yeast, phenol.
