Tirana, summer of 2017. Clear golden, off-white head. Cooked vegetables and metallic aromas. Sweet and metallic. Light body, moderate carbonation, terrible finish.

0,5 flaske på lokal kneipe i nærheten av Karavasta (Albania), mai-18: klar gylden med ok skum. Lett og frisk drikke i nesten 30C, skled raskt ned uten motstand. Lett floral bitterhet med frisk citrus.

Bottle from supermarket, Ksmail. Finally a lager here that doesn’t have some nasty metallic taste. Maybe it’s the canning process of the others....anyway, this is a very light beer that is decent enough for a hot day.

Pours a clea rgolden color, topped with an average white head. Mild malty aroma, slightly skunky with some sweet grainy notes. Taste is sweet and grainy with very little bitterness. Not much going on there. Basic weak lager. Nothing special, not that good.

From a 75 cl bottle at the DC Pre-Turkey Day tasting on Nov 9, 2014. Courtesy of Travlr. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Flavors of corn and rice. Yuk.

Bottle shared by Travlr at DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Thanks.... Poured a fizzy yellow beer color with a medium sized foamy white head. Aroma was corny notes, some light wheat, pale lagering notes. Flavor was light lager, stale grain, cardboard, butter.

Tastes like Albania. Has some hints of neighboring Macedonia and some Bosnian lager influences. A truly regional representative, thanks to Travlr.

Bottle from some market in Tirana. Clear pale yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of peppery cardboard. Taste is herbal papery cardboard. A waste of a good bottle.
