(Bottle 33 cl) I’ve had mustard-beer before. I think, this might be my 3rd. Well; Orange coluor with an attractive, tall head. Has this typical, but hard to define, character of being handbrewed. Do I taste the mustard? Hmm, I taste some spice, but can’t really tell which. Soft, sweet and only vaguely bitter. A quite peculiar beer. 291103

Sourish aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour, small creamy head. Nice, mild acidity. Sweet and malty.

Copper color; poor head. Strange aroma: light sourness, earth, common grass, light mustard. Common ale, a bit harsh. I can't see the point…

Clear, amber body. Off-white, fizzy head. Mostly diminishing, good lacing. Lightly hoppy (citrus) and lightly yeasty (aerth) aroma. LIghtly bitter initial flavour. Moderately bitter, moderately sour (long) finish. Watery and lively mouthfeel.

I like this beer it is distinct yet not disgusting like fisher for example. One does taste a hint of mustard seed at the end and i liked it.

Dark tan colour. Peppery, light caramel aroma. Good dose of yeastiness. Sourish finish. Not very interesting, but at least I didn't taste any mustard.

(Specimen 1 yr. old) Very little head, medium-thick bubbles. Straw coloured, very clear. Nose containing glue, organic solvent, yeast, banana, madeira. Some oxidation, sweetness is main taste, not cloying. there is a spiceyness, not reminiscent of mustard however. Aftertaste as of dessertwine, with spiceyness still present: a bit like a deliberately spiced liqueur wine, with honey. Rather good body, oxidation nothwithstanding.
