Clear, golden pour with not much of a head. Fairly (somewhat artificial) sweet standard fare.

Waiting for a train at Crewe station, your options aren't great! But then again, I do love a refreshing cider every now and again - albeit this one is very one dimensional - clear bubbly gold with little to no head, apples on the nose, apples in the flavour, very fizzy, a touch of acidity and a dry bittersweet finish.

500ml can British Dry 5% from DFDS Ferry. Sparking golden colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates away and fruity apple aroma with a sulphur hint. Taste is sourish, apple, fruity, sugary melon, tangy. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. OK.

Keg at the Booking Office. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of apple juice. Taste is sweet, chalky. Not unpleasant, just a bit boring.
