Dark blonde that shows a big head on pouring. Aroma of citrus, banana, spices, faint caramel. Hoppy finish. An average tripel.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Orange hazy tripel thats pretty sweet and mildly bitter finish.

A clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet and herbal pale malt, caramel, some honey. Taste of herbal and grainy pale malt, honey, a bit yeasty.

Nous sommes loin avec cette Moeder Overste des bons standards du genre. Bière très moyenne et n'apportant rien au monde brassicole, j'aurais vite fait de l'oublier. le visuel est sur un blond doré quasi ambré avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanche disparate. Le nez est sur les céréales avec de légères épices et du zest d'orange. J'ai connu plus exaltant ! L'attaque n'est pas plus convaincante avec des arômes peu exceptionnels, où caramel et genièvre apparaissent. On de plus entre une douceur de la base et un alcool agressif qui dénote. Cela est encore plus marqué en deuxième bouche et en arrière bouche. La corpulence est honnête tout comme la longueur sur un final qui n'apporte rien de plus. Pas exceptionnel.

Eher mittelmäßiges Tripple, vielleicht bin ich hier in Belgien aber auch schön zu verwöhnt. Interessante Getreidenase, im Trunk eher malzig, okay.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden amber with a thick white head. Aromas of bread, spice, banana and a warming booze note. Taste has almond, and is a bit sweet on the finish.
