Tart, and refreshing, our ginger and lime Berliner Weisse pays homage to the classic 1940s cocktail, the Moscow Mule. A pronounced ginger flavour adds a subtle heat and a lime zest zing complements the kettle sour flavour, striking that elusive balance between spicy, sweet and zesty. The addition of Munich and crystal rye malts replicate the slightly metallic taste of the traditional copper serving mug; though this one you can enjoy in a pint glass! Made in collaboration with Siren.

Can from Hopt. Strong lime aroma with spicy notes, ginger, tart lemon, more lime. Flavour is tart with some sourness. Body is light. Okay, really strong on the lime.

pours unclear, darker blonde. Scent is lime up front, reminding very much of a sour candy - kinda thing. ginger is also really clear, providing a more 'heavy' feel in the scent, as well as it's typical spicyness . Taste is sharp, tart, very low carbo, stong ginger. Lime offers some refreshment. nothing unexpected though, no aded value for using these additives. Pretty straight up, straight forward, but I don't feel the magic here.

Can from Pivny raj. Amber color with small white head. Moderate ginger aroma with light sourness. Moderate ginger taste, with some other spices, light sweetness in finish. Weird but tastz.

Gylden brun klar med beige skum. Lukter lett brent karamell og ingefær. Lett. Søt fruktig start før noe sursyrlig smak sammen med pepperig ingefær overtar. Middels lang.

330ml can. Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma is lightly spur ginger and lime. Taste has soapy sour lime cordial throughout with some sour ginger on the finish. A bit thin.
