A mighty hop-lover’s dream, Hop Rising adds malty backbone to an intense Imperial IPA. This insanely smooth, dry-hopped ale has everything: 9% ALC/VOL, 72 IBUs, and yes, that’s our master brewer Jason Stock pitching in on the label.

Tap in Holsteins, Las Vegas, 23rd February 2022. Pours off clear. It’s sticky and citrus, sweet, hoppy, oily mouthfeel. Not bad

Can (enjoy by 8/26/21) pour from Total Wine and More, Brentwood. It’s a deeply hazy honey gold with light sparkle, finger- width off-white foamy head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is dank florals, fruit. Taste is stronger version of the aroma. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth texture soft carbonation mild alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, not bitter and flavor is pretty strong and is pretty good for old school West Coast DIPA, but not what I’m looking to drink a lot if these days.

From can to glass at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City. Pours a golden-copper with off-white head. Moderate orange and malt mix well together, although a bit heavy on the malt.

355mml. can. @«Singulario», Compostela. 26/05/2019. Clean copper colour with a lacing medium white head. Aroma is caramel, soft herbal hops and dried fruits. Oxidation (tasted a couple of months away from the best before date, but you dont see Utah beers often around here). Taste is also a bit weak but it has really an interesting floral hop profile. Medium dry and floral finish. Next one please!
