Half-pint, cask at Strawberry Gardens in Fleetwood. Shared with Finn. Upper part lacing, filmy layer, misty late straw coloured body. Inviting smell of ripe lemon. Blended taste of bread, biscuit and ripe citrus. Fruit bitter finish. Pretty nice. (07.02.2019).

9/2/2019. Cask at the Strawberry Gardens, Fleetwood. Pours golden with a small just off-white head. Aroma of citrus, light tropical fruit, hops, malt, hint of pineapple and caramel. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

[ As Bowness Bay Swan Blonde ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie, biscuit malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, biscuit malt, pale malt, sweet malt. Cask at GBBF day 3 11/08/2016. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a a sticky white head. . Aroma is floral hop please grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet pale grains, floral citrus, . Palate is semi sweet little diacetyl.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Clear yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit sweet up front, overripe peach or kiwi, some hops, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Not bad but I kinda dislike the overripe fruit sweet touch thatโs in there.
