Chubbles is our collaboration with our mates from the UK, Cloudwater Brew Co. Together we dreamt up a proper 10.9% triple IPA with 100% English malt, a ton of flaked oats, fermented with a specific English yeast, and hopped intensely with Galaxy, Citra, and El Dorado. Huge mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness. Mimics the mouthfeel/sweetness of actual orange juice(without the acidity). Proper mental aroma on this one too. Very pleased to share Chubbles with y'all!

Thanks Stephen for the can! Poured into a tulip glass showing hazy amber with very sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense passionfruit and guava. The palate is full bodied and well carbonated. Light flavours of peach and orange with a light bitterness. Surprisingly moderate alcoholic spiciness despite the ABV.

Can thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit, earth, oats. Medium body, juicy, grapefruit pith, melon, oat, yeast, bitter finish, very nice.

Can, shared at Cloudwater, courtesy of Connor. Cheers! Turbid, dark gold. Head sets off thick and foamy, reducing to a dense film of white. Nose has piles of ripe stone fruit. Plum, gage and peach. Some on the turn, just beginning to ferment, summer berry fruits. Very estery, but never boozy. Trace of biscuit malts in the background, but mostly it’s a juice overload. Taste is biscuity sweet, with moderate, juicy, stone fruit bitterness. Mouthfeel is ridiculous. Soft and clean, with no hint of the ABV. Long, juicy, light bitter finish.
