An extremely satisfying light amber ale that is balanced with biscuit malt and hops to give a delectably dry taste.

Cask @ Tennants Arms, Skipton. Clear amber with a tiny beige head. Aroma of butter, malts and toffee. Taste of toffee, malts, some lemons, caramel, nuts and maybe some herbs. Dry finish. Low bitterness. Low carbonation. Alright. It doesnโt stick out at but serves its purpose bravely.

500ml bottle. Poured a clear medium amber with a short-lived frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is malt, light toffee caramel, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light, caramel malt, slighty watery, light metallic, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
