7.5% gravity cask at the sailors home Kessingland. A very pale petrol coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet. Tart apple, pear, light tart. Flavour is composed of white sugars, pear, light tart, Boosty.

Pale straw, clear white wine coloured pour, still. Aroma of apple skins, white sugars. Sweet and tangy in the taste but with enough bitter skins to balance. Slick, slightly syrupy. It tastes very processed. Their perry version of this was in a similar vein but tasted better. Not great.

Gravity pour from a box on 6th October 2023: Anvil, Shifnal. Clean look, no head, plenty of apples.

Handpull at the Kings Head, Leicester. Light golden or midnight clear whichever you prefer, still, headless. Sweet Appley aroma. Not much to it. Taste is sweet sweet sweet. Not for everyone but a super sweet cider at the end of the night suits me.light battle Skin bitter but it is a serious sugar rush. Better than previous rates suggest but certainly not subtle.

10/6/2022. From BIAB at the 17th Braintree Real Ale Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple, fleshy, slightly musty, solvent. Heavy sweetness and minimal tartness. Medium body, clammy sticky mouthfeel, quite flat. Sweet boozy finish. Not a big fan of this.

From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 04.06.22. Clear as water with a hue of green. No head or lacing. Very moderate aroma. Taste of ethanol and sour apples.
