La Battin Blanche est une blanche de type Witbier. Désaltérante par excellence, cette bière présente une robe jaune clair légèrement trouble, un voile soyeux et une mousse somptueuse. Douce, moelleuse et légèrement fruitée grâce à ses saveurs d’agrumes et de coriandre, la Battin Blanche est brassée avec un froment de qualité, qui accentue l’harmonie des saveurs.

Lemon, orange, coriander, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet coriander, orange, lemon, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

From a Luxemburg supermarket. Pale, hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma of lemon peel, coriander, pepper. Taste is tart, finishing citric with lingering lime. Body to the light side of medium, moderate carbonation. Apart from the aroma, a bit monotone after the first few sips.

33 cl bottle at Oberweis restaurant, Findel International Airport. A hazy, very pale white-yellow pour with a thick, rocky, long-lasting, snow-white head. Aroma is green lemon (natural, not artificial odors), grapefruit, lime. Citrus galore! There's also freshly mowed lawn and, pay heed, kiwi fruit (not so often sniffed in comercial ales.) Low carbonation. Soft, silky onset. Crisp, low bitterness, long-lingering finish. This is a very good witbier.
