Wykorzystując unikalny proces filtracji, wyeliminowaliśmy konieczność pasteryzacji i konserwacji piwa. Mimo że efektem tych działań jest krótszy termin przydatności, to właśnie dzięki temu Perła Niepasteryzowana nie traci swoich walorów, zachowując swój świeży, naturalny charakter.

Can, from the local shop. A whole 90 pence worth. Pale gold. Minimal white head. Nose is grainy and slightly syrupy. Bitter leaf hop notes. Taste has a light sweetness. Clean enough that it doesn’t necessarily feel 6%. Light, leafy bitterness at the end. Decent.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy light amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with notes of hops. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour with good, hoppy bitterness. Rich body and good mouthfeel for the style. Bitterish and estery aftertaste. A decent pale lager.

Can at home, 30/07/16. Bought from a little off-licence in Walton-on-Thames. I liked the old school pictures on the can - thought it may be interesting but just a pale lager. Minimal aroma - something gassy. Light amber. Super frothy white head soon just leaves traces. Sugary. The slightest hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. Light bodied. Smooth. Was expecting carbonation but not particularly noticable. Nothing special but drinkable.

Wysycenie i pijalność w normie, nienajgorsza treść.

500 ml can, from a wine store in Leyton, London. ABV is 6%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma of malt sugar, candy and floral and grassy hops. Medium sweet flavour with some alcohol, but also some bittering hops. No complexity, forgettable.

Can from the Polish shop opposite The Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Pale golden in colour with next to no head. Relatively smooth in its texture, making it very easy sipping for its strength, which it doesn’t feel. Very ordinary though.

bottle from PoloMarket Boleslawiec. Golden yellow, tall white head. Grainy malty start, some hoppy flavours in the finish. Mild but quite pleasant.
