Hops: Ahtanum, Mosaic
Tasting Notes: An American hop powerhouse. Munich malts give undertones of caramel. The nose is a citrus-sweet mix. Not too bitter, not to sweet, zesty and fruity to the last drop.

Pours a clear golden colour with a small, thin, off-white head. The aroma is sweet fruit, peach, tinned pineapple, and buttery biscuits. A moderately sweet and fruity taste, sweet malts, tropical fruit flavours, floral hops, and a light bitterness. Ordinary.

Cask at Butlers Bell, Stafford. Pours a golden yellow with a small off-white head and good lacing. There’s plenty of hops in the aroma, plus some generic citrus. In the mouth it starts out slightly sweet before bitterness quickly shows through. There’s quite a bit of citrus here, with flavour or grapefruit and oranges plus hints of grapes and ginger/ Finish is hoppy, bitter and slightly dry. This is entirely reasonable.
