Can you believe we're five years old? It's been an exciting and eventful journey since we completed our first brew on February 14th 2015, so we decided to recognise this landmark by creating a series of three bold and impactful beers showcasing some of our favourite, hand-selected hops. This DIPA is our first beer to feature crop year 2019 hops from Yakima, dry hopped with a blend of Citra, Sabro and Centennial.

Full, smooth and silky, with pillowy carbonation

Can at home, picked up from 73 Enid - no T-shirts and stickers involved, 15/02/20. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a decent off white covering that settles to a swirl. Nose is ripe citric flesh, hop spice, pine resin, lime Opal fruit, grass, weed. Taste comprises mango pulp, Sabro lime kiss, grass, weed, pine resin, hint of Um Bongo, orange pith, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Solid easy drinking DIPA … nice use of Sabro.
