Nose - blackberry and guava. Some lime and funk.
Taste - lime, blackberry and guava for sure.
Palate - close to medium bodied, funky and tart with persistent finish.
Overall - good even though I'm getting bored with this style.

Schönes rot-orange im Glas. In der Nase Blutorange, im Trunk ebenso, süffig, süß, perfekt für die Hitze in Denver.

Dig the guava forward flavor and hints of sea salt. Sadly kettle sour vibes all over.

On tap at Angel's Trumpet, pours a cloudy murky bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of guava, salt, and other tropical stuff. Flavour is full of guava and salt upfront, with a lacto base and plenty of dryness on the finish. For a kettle sour, this works pretty well. Solid.

Draught @ GO Tavern, Chicago (9/18/23). Cloudy dark yellow with a very small frothy off-white head that flops down very fast, faintly citrusy aroma, high carbonation, lightly sour taste with guava, elderberry, floral hops, smooth thin body, long smooth finish. Very smooth though a bit thin.

On tap at Timberline. Pours a hazy peach with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart berry and a bit of tropical fruits with earthy sweet grains supporting. Flavor has tart berry, a bit of lemon, tropical fruits and abit of grain backing.

Hazy pink color with a thin lasting head. Mild sour acid aroma. Taste is a little thin, mildly sour with a little guava citrus. Finishes with some fruit sweetness.
