Bottled. Hazy goldeny amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, toffeeish, some fruity and floral notes along with mild wood. Flavour is spruce, pine, some slight toffee, nutty and mild toasted malts to it with also some floral bitterness lurking to it.

330ml bottle. Pours gold, small white head, decent retention Chewy tropical fruit sweet aroma, pine, flora; all good Taste is a little lighter than I expected. A little bland at first but then a stewed tropical fruit note builds nicely, then gives way to a citrus soapy note (not bad but not great), and then finally a nice strong bitterness comes in with some orange. Body is slightly light for a 6.5% IPA and then accordingly the carbonation a bit too low for the body. A mixed bag but overall I enjoyed it

Smell of citrus, raw fruit. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of earth, hops, citrus, some grass. Wild carbon. Bitter, lightly sour. Stuffy.

Bottle from Beer52. Clear golden-orange beer with an off-white head. Mango aroma and initial taste with orange juice and florals emerging. Decently full mouthfeel - pretty smooth. Sweetish with just a touch of bitterness. Flavours may not be that punchy, but it's nicely balanced compared to many IPAs and very drinkable. Decent if not outstanding.

30/6/2020. Sample courtesy of the SHIG, cheers! Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, tropical fruit, sweet malt and a touch of pine. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight sticky texture, soft carbonation. Nice.

330ml bottle via Beer52; BB 26th Feb 2021. White crown on a golden/amber body. Grapefruit on the nose, other citrus fruits join in flavour wise, alongside some piney notes and an underlying semi-sweet maltiness. Nice!

Bottled 330ml (Alko web, BB 02/2021)
Amber-orange colour, small white head. Grass, grapefruit in the nose, not very fresh, not very typical Mosaic. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, some tropical fruits. Basic IPA.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A golden amber pour with a long lasting white head; grapefruit aroma; full bodied, with caramel malts,a nd resinous hops adding a gentle but persistent bitterness; then a dry finish. A excellent showcase for Mosaic.

Foamy white head left a frothy cover on a pale amber coloured still body. Bitter hops, pithy & caramel aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & slightly tickly on the back with a sticky aft. Big hoppy start with pith, caramel, pine, grapefruit & bitter fruit with a sweeter confectionery tasting finish. Nice.
