Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with fine cappuccino foam. Aroma is more chocolate than coffee. Body is average, with more than moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with medium roastiness. Final is still chocolate. Overall, a very enjoyable and non-anonymous stout. Maybe more like a porter...

16 September 2020. At Draft & Dreams, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy black, very thin, frothy, beige head. Aroma of brambleberry, sour coffee nibs, prune, dark chocolate powder, wet tobacco. Taste has sweet yet restrained maltiness, prune, toat & peanut mingling with sour berries, a bit herbal hoppy into the finish with low toast & roasted coffee. Medium to light body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Promising nose but falls a bit flat.

Bottle @ You’ll Never Walk Alone, Kolding. Pours hazy bery dark brown with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of caramel, yeast and malt. Bitterish, roasty onset, giving way to sweetish notes of fruit and yeast and some malty touches. Roasty and estery aftertaste. Okay but the body is a little thin.
