Brooklyn Naranjito is a classic American pale ale pushed a tiny bit further. An extra burst of aromatic hops and a sizable helping of sweet orange peel create just the right pop of citrus. It elevates your favorite meals, brightens spices, and proves what a little orange can do.

Style: Orange Peel Pale Ale
Malts: American 2-Row, Crisp, Carafoam

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. What hapended to the orange peel? Oily palate.

355ml bottle from Morrisons. Clear and golden with a minimal white head. Citrus aroma, flavour is pretty standard paper ale, was expecting far more orange. Disappointing

Bottle picked up at Morrisons. It pours clear golden with a few floaters.... Head is fluffy and white. The aroma is sweet, oily, big orange, perfumed, marmalade and a touch of greenness. The taste is dry, light bitterness, oily, light tannin, pithy, zesty, orange, waxy peel and some leafy green vibes with a drying, zesty finish. Light to medium body and fine carbonation. Ok overall, but not much to it.

Bottle picked up from Waitrose, Cheltenham consumed Saturday 22nd December 2018 whilst cooking Chicken braised with red wine, garlic and fresh figs, now listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show. This pours hazy gold with a white head atop. Soft mouthfeel, a touch dry, very easy drinking, the orangeyness seems to slowly disappear the more you sip and it becomes more MOR. So initially decent but after a while more ordinary, (perhaps I am being harsh, I can still get some orange zest) . A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Fergus, 28/11/18. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange peel, straw, floral notes, grass, melon. Taste comprises tangerine, grass, toasted malts, light breads, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Passable pale.
